Students are encouraged to make maximum use of their residual hearing and receive speech and speech reading support according to the auditory/oral philosophy.

To attend the Provincial Oral Program for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students, a student must have a moderate to profound hearing loss. Potential candidates are reviewed by the BC Deaf Education Committee (BCDEC). For more information .
